[소셜밸류=소민영 기자] Seoul Startup Hub, operated by Seoul Business Agency (SBA, CEO Hyun Woo Kim), a SMEs supporting organization vitalizing startup ecosystem of Seoul and enhancing competitiveness of startups, announced on July 11th (Tue) that it is recruiting startups of ▲New Energy ▲Environment ▲Chemical·Material ▲ Mobility ▲ Others(Smart Plant, Potential New Energy·Chemical) to participate in cooperation program with S-OIL (CEO Hussain A. Al-Qahtani).
Since their agreement for providing opportunity of partnership between startups and large corporations in February 2020, Seoul Startup Hub and S-OIL have operated cooperation program for 4 consecutive years and accomplished a great outcom by selecting the final 3 startups and attracting direct investment of 3 billion KRW (approx. $ 23.2 million).
The 5 startups directly selected by S-OIL will be provided with further supports including consideration of investment attraction, office space in Seoul Startup Hub & commercialization support fund, promotion, globalization, etc.
S-OILwill directly invest in the final selected startups through future investment evaluation.
They can get follow-up support such as ▲ Commercialization Support Fund (investment scale-up, etc.) ▲ ‘Seoul Startup Hub (Gongdeok) Open Innovation Partner Zone’ regular/partnership space ▲ Globalization (local subsidiary establishment, JV, etc.) ▲ Follow-up Support such as PR through Seoul Startup Hub (Gongdeok).
Furthermore, future follow-up support of considering connected investment and SBA growth stage scale-up technology commercialization (R&D support program of Seoul)can be provided through SBA, Eugene Investment&Securities, Covent Venture Partners, Fibonacci Asset Management, etc.
