The company was founded last year and its major priority was offering solutions for companies and public institutions facing challenges in adopting generative AI owing to security and network separation issues. It provides AI services customized for organizations unable to utilize external, frontier LLMs.
Last year, the company collaborated with the Nonghyup Bank Card Business Division to conduct a Proof of Concept for natural language to SQL (NL2SQL) and data generation by participating in the Seoul Startup Hub Gongdeok Open Innovation Program. It leveraged ‘CodePilot’ to validate the feasibility of its application within a financial environment, earning a project award.
As an on-premise AI coding solution, ‘CodePilot” enable seamless development by incorporating enterprise-specific environments, legacy systems, and team-level rules and policies.
The solution is designed to enhance the development productivity and consistency by implementing project and team-level policies with scalable configurations ranging from 27B to 120B parameter models. Hybrid deployment options are available for clients leveraging their own cloud-based LLM infrastructure.
Leveraging its prior proof-of-concept experience, Banya AI is fast-tracking its commercialization and market expansion.
Recently, Banya AI signed an exclusive distributorship agreement with ITCEN CLOIT for CodePilot. It will leverage its AI coding technology to jointly develop and commercialize the AI coder module within ITCEN CLOIT’s multi AI agent management platform, AgentGo, to expand into the financial, public, and enterprise markets. It is also bolstering its business expansion with a focus on implementation and integration tailored to actual customer environments
Building on its participation in the Qualcomm AI Innovator Program, it has amassed expertise in snapdragon-based inference and model optimization. The company plans to continuously strengthen its capabilities in developing lightweight and optimized AI models tailored for diverse enterprise environment.
