Aplayz is a custom music curation service for each space with AI which provides real-time music creation based on various data of the spaces. To provide satisfying experience for people using the space, it provides a music recommendation service that reflects data of the spaces including the atmosphere, the types and tastes of the users, and real-time data such as weather and time.
The redesigned app focuses on ‘improving user convenience’
In addition to the ‘My Space’ channel, the service has added various other themed channels to diversify options. The songs in these channels are all curated by AI according to the characteristics of the channel, and they are updated regularly to optimize the songs for users according to their reactions.
Also, the redesigned app improved usability to make it easier and faster to navigate through the different channels. The player now allows you to change channels with a swipe, and the app also changed the background image of the player when you change channels to make it easier to see what's playing at a glance, enhancing intuitiveness and aesthetics.
Along with the app redesign, the service also enhanced free trial offer. Just by signing up, users can try the service for free for three days. During the free trial, the users can browse channels with different themes, and they can also register spaces that they are using to get music recommendations.
