[소셜밸류=김완묵 기자] Equal Table(CEO Moon Junseok), the operator of Carbon reduction coffee brand ‘Naeil Coffee’ announced its winning of the KOSME Chairman’s Award at the KOSME(Korea SMEs and Startups Agency) Startup Academy graduation, which took place on February 29th.
About 100 people including the graduates and staffs of KOSME Startup Academy(Ansan, Guri) and Global Startup Academy attended the graduation ceremony.
Events such as ‘Best Graduating Startup awards, certificates conferment, startup trend lecture, and discussion on startup industry regulation and difficulties’ took place as well. In the ceremony, 10 companies were awarded as Best Graduating Startups. The awards included the Minister’s Award from the Ministry of SMEs and Startups.
The CEO of Equal Table, Moon Junseok, successfully developed Low Carbon Coffee which provides carbon reduction data through Startup Academy. Equal Table was selected as one of the Best Graduating Startups and won the KOSME Chairman’s Award.
‘Naeil Coffee’, a service operated by Equal Table reduces carbon emission in every process in farm, distribution, processing, manufacture, and disposal and provides data verified by LCA and reviewed by a third party to companies. In addition, the coffee tastes so outstanding that many representative hotels, major companies, and coffee shops use the service.
The CEO of Equal Table CEO mentioned, “I believe the award is the appreciation of the technology and know-how of the carbon reduction coffee and positive expectation of the future. Equal Table will expand business so that the individual customers, not only companies can get carbon reduction coffee easily.”
