[소셜밸류=김완묵 기자] Seoul Startup Hub Gongdeok, operated by Seoul Business Agency(SBA, CEO Hyun Woo Kim), is recruiting promising startups that will grow with the Hub for three weeks.
Seoul Business Agency is leading the vitalization of the investment ecosystem of Seoul as the best public accelerator, and Seoul Startup Hub Gongeok located in Mapogu, Seoul has been supporting startups to grow successfully by providing space and customized support.
Any startups, 7 years or younger, with potential for investment attraction and globalization can apply. For the new industry field, the limit is relaxed to 10 years, not seven, and the start-ups have to be registered by the day they apply.
The new industry field consists of 23 fields including ▲ Artificial Intelligence ▲ Big Data ▲ 5G+ ▲ Block Chain ▲ Service Platform ▲ Immersive Content ▲ Intelligent Robots ▲ Smart Manufacturing ▲ System Semiconductor ▲ Self-driving Car ▲ Electric Hydrogen car ▲ Bio ▲ Medical Device ▲ Functional Food ▲ Drone·Personal Mobility ▲ Future Vessel ▲ Disaster/Safety ▲ Smart City ▲ Smart Home ▲ New Renewable Energy ▲ Secondary Battery ▲ CCUS ▲ Resource Circulation & Energy Recycling.
The application form closes at 3 pm on July 21st (Fri), and around 15 startups will be selected as residents through 2 steps evaluation.
After the application closes, with partners specialized in startup investment and fostering, Seoul Startup Hub will evaluate the adequacy of the business plan · growth potential · marketability as the first step.
Then for the second evaluation, with presentation of the startups, they will assess organization capacity · business value · expandability· potential of investment attraction in-depth to select about 15 companies.
For selected startups, various support for growth will be provided, including independent office space.
They can be a resident for one year in Seoul Startup Hub Gongdeok, and with extension evaluation, they can extend their residency for 1 year, so they can stay in the Hub for 2 years maximum.
Furthermore, the Hub has the best infrastructure for the growth of startups such as meeting rooms, seminar rooms, co-working space.
The benefits provided to the resident startups include investment connection program (Demo Day· Hub Hour· Hub Hour Week), networking programs(Meet-up with Startups· Related Organizations· Investors), healing hub program(Hub Counseling· Hub In-time· Workshop, etc.), partner program benefit with professional accelerators (partnership project priority of selection and additional score).
