[소셜밸류=박완규 기자] Tickets for Busan International Performing Arts Market are now available through a mobile ticketing service.
On the 20th, Maskit announced that it has signed a deal with Busan Cultural Foundation to serve as the ticketing partner for the ‘2025 Busan International Performing Arts Market (BPAM).’
Specialized in Culture, Performing Arts, and Tourism mobile ticketing, Maskit will offer ‘QLESS’, AI powered Mobile ticketing service at the Busan International Performing Arts Markets. Maskit will be responsible for managing and processing mobile ticketing reservation for the Opening Performance, Choice (Full-Length Performances) and Showcase programs.
QLESS service includes mobile ticket delivery via KakaoTalk Notifications, one-click event registration, AI-powered discount verification, and customer-tailored CRM function. It highlights the benefits of mobile ticketing by allowing customers to enter the event using a QR code without the need to print tickets, while hosts can quickly handle settlements and manage integrated data.
Maskit underscores that mobile ticketing services in the performing arts industry will transform the customer experience, and that the AI-powered service has the potential to expand into public services that benefit people.
An official from Maskit said, “The Busan International Performing Arts Market is now accessible to everyone through mobile ticketing. It will serve as a symbol of digital transformation in the performing arts market. We will continue to build a smart performance environment at various cultural and arts events, centered around mobile ticketing.”
Meanwhile, the Busan International Performing Arts Market is an international event where artists and audiences from both domestic and overseas gather. This year celebrates its 3rd year.
A total of 27 performances, including one Opening Ceremony, four Choice productions, and 22 Showcase pieces, will be held across 14 sessions at Busan Cultural Center, Busan Citizens’ Hall, and Haeundae Cultural Center from September 24 to 28. All performances will be available via mobile ticketing.
Various participants including performing arts professionals, performers, VIPs, and event winners will receive their mobile tickets through QLESS.
