It is said that Park Roche resort & wellness and B2B wellness platform Dallem continue their partnership in 2023 for promoting and activating company workshops.

 

Through this agreement, customers using Park Roche through the Dallem can purchase accommodation and breakfast at a discount price. Furthermore, they can rent equipment and get a variety of information, including work efficiency, through Dallem Wellness Workation program manual. 

 

According to Chesedridge, the operator of Dallem, over 60 companies and 1,500 employees participated in Park Roche Wellness Workation in last one year.

 

An associate of Dallem stated, “We are pleased to continue providing wellness workation programs with Park Roche, one of the finest wellness resorts, again this year. We will grant the best wellness workation experience, not only providing accommodation but also refreshment for tired and worn out employees.”

 

“The workation program we initiated with Dallem last year was more successful than expected. We will keep providing the best facility and environment with Dallem, a front runner of B2B wellness program in Korea,” also said an associate of Park Roche.

 

Park Roche is a wellness tourist attraction chosen by the Korean Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism and the Korea Tourism Organization. It is located in Jeongseon, Gangwon-do, which has Mt. Gariwangsan. It offers meals using indigenous products, resting areas, and multiple wellness programs. Also, it suits as a place for working and company workshops because of its facilities: seminar rooms of multiple sizes, meeting rooms, and a library.

 

Workation is a compound word of two words: work and vacation. It is a new form of work that lets employees work while enjoying their vacation. It is a new alternative to working from the office and a new form of employee welfare. The Korean workation market has been expanding as more companies adopt workation programs since more employees work from home due to Covid 19. 

 

Dallem, operated by Chesedridge, is a first-generation Korean B2B wellness service platform launched in 2019. The company provides wellness services to employees to solve their physical and psychological health problems.

 

The provided services include an office stretching program, “Dallem Fit,” posture improving program “Posture Therapy,” Online psychological counseling “Soothing your mind,” and “Wellness Workation,” which lets employees concentrate on not only work but also rest and wellness.
