The event brought together a diverse audience, including building residents, investors, and representatives from startup-related organizations.

‘Seoul Startup Hub Gongdeok Demo Day’ is an IR pitching event that introduces exemplary resident startups of Seoul Startup Hub Gongdoek in 2025. It is designed to promote commercialization, facilitate funding opportunities, and assist startups in advancing to the next growth stages.

The event selected a total of three notable startups such as Manyfast, Korea Education Partners, and Upsight through document review and presentation evaluation. In the final ranking, Manyfast took first place with 3 million KRW, followed by Korea Education Partners with 2 million KRW and Upsight with 1 million KRW. The production of promotional videos for the three startups will also be offered as a credit. Additionally, the first-ranked startup will participate in ‘2025 Seoul Startup Hub Partners League’ this coming December to secure follow-up investment and gain networking opportunities.

Manyfast, the outstanding startup that won first place, is developing ‘Manyfast’, an artificial intelligence agency. The idea behind the solution is to assist non-experts in performing IT planning procedures and to automatically generate planning deliverables. It has participated in approximately 200 IT service planning and design projects with both large enterprises and startups. Currently, it is conducting PoC with major corporations including SK Telecom, Shinhan Financial Group, and NAVER Cloud. It aims to assess its global competitiveness by participating in the CES event in the U.S. in January 2026.

Korea Education Partners operates Hakzzong Pro, an AI-based service for detailed skills and specialties. The service is a customized student record management solution that automatically handles the entire process, from recommending detailed skills and specialties to generating reports and providing feedback. Currently, the service is adopted by 600 schools and 2,000 cram schools, generating accumulated revenue of 1.7 billion KRW. The startup aims to drive AI-powered innovation in the education ecosystem through the expansion of its SaaS platform for public education and global markets.

Lastly, Upsight developed a solution that effectively manages construction workflows and various types of data using artificial intelligence. It digitalized construction processes, including site imagery, daily logs, blueprints, material management, and report generation, enabling effective process management through the analysis of field data. Upsight is conducting PoCs with 12 domestic construction companies.

Various networking programs were also held during the Demo Day. Resident startups had the opportunity to connect with one another and exchange information through activities such as presentations of exemplary collaborative cases, talk concerts, lectures by outstanding alumni startups, off-site one-on-one meetings, and more.

The award ceremony for exemplary resident startups that achieved results through collaboration with other startups was held for the first time this year. The award was presented to joint project by Econnect and Uglee Lab which was highly praised for creating a virtuous resource cycle by transforming wastes into eco-friendly products.
