[소셜밸류=박완규 기자] On the 24th, Aplayz announced that its basic music service is now available at KT’s integrated store management platform ‘Sajangeasy’.

As a company that offers customized music based on spatial context, Aplayz automatically recommends the optimal music best suited for each store through AI, and provides a ‘smart store music service’ that plays different types of music depending on the time and clients.

‘Sajangeasy’ is an integrated store management platform for small business owners, launched by KT. Users of the platform can also access Aplayz’s service on both websites and apps without signing in. If the store uses ‘GiGAeyes Heat Map’, the KT’s video security solution, an advanced AI service that automatically recommend music based on customers and store characteristics through CCTV is also available.

The KT platform ‘Sajangeasy’ carried out a major service update after forming partnership with Aplayz.

It improved the user experience by enhancing the overall UI on both the app and web platform, allowing easier access to a key feature. It also added an AI chatbot that recommends music in real time when requested in natural language.

Aplayz has also taken music curation to the next level. It not only offers music based on the time of day, but also provides different types of music channels tailored to each store and clients.

By installing the player, it enhanced user convenience. When installed on PC or POS device, users can access features from both the app and web platforms, and music will automatically play once the device is powered on, without requiring any initial set up.

An official from Aplayz said, “Partnering with KT, which has been accelerating its AI transformation recently, proves our technology and market competitiveness. The partnership will be more than just installing our app into the KT service. It will serve as a starting point for Aplayz to position itself as the new standard for store music services in the small business market.”
