Wemeet Mobility-Changmaru, Signed Agreement to Improve Customer Satisfaction

[소셜밸류=황인석 기자] Wemeet Mobility (CEO Kang Guisun), a company that specializes in distribution platform technology development, provides faster and more elevated distribution service to customers through collaboration with Changmaru(CEO Kim Eechang) in distribution service.

On the 28th, Wemeet Mobility stated the sign of agreement with Changmaru, a company specializing in manufacturing corrugated cardboard boxes and e-commerce distribution, to expand the distribution service.

According to the agreement, both companies will provide improved distribution service by adapting the automatic vehicle allocation and route optimization technology of Wemeet Mobility to the delivery service of Changmaru and combine the ETA(estimated time of arrival)-based delivery notice service to significantly improve the customer service duties. Furthermore, both companies have plans to share the data generated during the distribution process and continuously discover the sectors they can collaborate.

Wemeet Mobility is the supplier of a B2B SaaS solution ROOUTY, which optimizes the allocation and the order of stops utilizing the routing engine based on VRS(Vehicle & Routing Scheduling System) technology. Wemeet Mobility also operates ‘Jeju Onul’, a same-day pick-up and delivery service in Jeju Island.

Changmaru is a company specializing in manufacturing corrugated cardboard boxes and e-commerce distribution, which became one of the leaders in e-commerce parcel boxes after the launch of band Box4U.

The agreement is expected to improve customer satisfaction as it enables Changmaru to elevate its distribution service and provide integrated distribution service including delivery notice and control service.
