It is a saving-tech based company that maximizes the value-added of ugly produce and lower-grade livestock through its proprietary technology.

The strategic investment promoted by Sangju-Honest Ventures Investment Fund, managed by Honest Ventures, aims to revitalize the utilization of agricultural and livestock resources and seeks transformation into processing-based and technology-driven high value-added industry, with a focus on the livestock sector.

Utilizing the secured investment, ST. Retail plans to enhance its core manufacturing technologies, including wave-based ice-temperature aging and stevia-based lower-sugar applications, as well as modernizing manufacturing infrastructure and expanding automated equipment.

Additionally, the company will ensure stable production capacity by strengthening data-driven quality management system, expanding market presence through diverse distribution channels, including B2B partnerships and public procurement.

The CEO Kim Tae-seong noted, “This investment will serve as catalyst to take livestock-centric manufacturing and processing systems to the next level. We are committed to building a sustainable growth model through the transformation into a tech-driven agricultural and livestock industry.”
