[소셜밸류=박완규 기자] Senior marriage matching platform ‘Syrup In-yeon’ has introduced real-estate asset verification service to strengthen trust between matched partners.
On the 29th, Sinor announced that it has signed an MOU with Korea Real Estate Data Lab to integrate ‘Jasan One Click’, a B2B real-estate asset inquiry service, into its premium marriage matching platform, ‘Syrup In-yeon’.
As an age-tech social venture targeting those in their 50s to 70s, Sinor operates a variety of services, including the community and hobby-centric social platform ‘Sinor’, the dating platform ‘Syrup’ for those over 50, and the premium matching platform ‘Syrup In-yeon’. With a cumulative membership of 110,000 and approximately 1,400 organized gatherings, the company has been honored with the Minister of SMEs and Startups Award and the Yuhan-Kimberly Senior Impact Fellowship
Korea Real Estate Data Lab operates ‘Jasan One Click’, a B2B real-estate asset inquiry service. It features key modules for asset investigation, such as real estate asset inquiries and the tracking of multiple home ownership status, to support practical property assessment. Currently, various corporates and partners are utilizing services for practical tasks such as debts management and lease verification. The core strengths of the service lie in the accuracy and swiftness of the information provided.
The partnership between Sinor and Korea Real Estate Data Lab integrates ‘Jasan One Click’ service into Syrup In-yeon platform. This collaboration aims to resolve asymmetry within the remarriage process by building consent-based real-estate verification system.
With the consent of Syrup In-yeon members, inquiry and verification of real-estate information will be available through Jasan One Click service. The service expects to provide highly credible partners to users by allowing them to view asset verification status during the matching process.
Kim Min-ji, the CEO of Sinor noted, “Syrup In-yeon is far more than a simple match-making platform. It promotes services where seniors aged 50 and above can find emotional and financial security as they embark on a journey to find a new companion. We expect that the asset verification service within the matching process will foster a much more comfortable and transparent environment for users to connect with new partners.”
