[소셜밸류=소민영 기자] SBA(Seoul Business Agency) an organization that is constantly vitalizing the environment of new corporate establishment has announced yesterday(July 13th 2022) that one of its minor branches, Seoul Startup Hub Seong Su, is looking for a startup who are willing to work with GS Retail on an Open Innovation basis in order to pursue eco-friendly objective.

Seoul Startup Hub Seong Su is looking for any startups(legal persons) that are in the retail market for eco-friendly solutions (technology, products, materials, packaging, so on and forth).

Co. chosen for this endeavor will not only have a chance to participate in PoC (Proof of Concept) with GS Retail, but also would be provided with the opportunity to receive follow-up investment (additional investment from GS Retail due to a huge success, recommendation review to TIPS). PoC: A process of verifying an idea before it is created/implemented.
Seoul Startup Hub SeongSu will also support the chosen startup by: providing a space for cooperation in the Open Innovation Center (2nd floor of Seoul Startup Hub SeongSu), providing an opportunity to participate at a demo day, supporting GS Retail’s cooperative commercialization, etc.

Final selection will be held by an internal committee created by GS Retail and the result will be available during mid August.

The final date of application is 22nd of July(Fri) and any startup can apply for the program by visiting Seoul Startup Hub Seong Su’s site.

Nam Goong Sun the center director for Seoul Startup Hub Seong Su has commented as such, “we will continue to spend our efforts to ensure that this environment of continuous cooperation between startups who possess innovative technology in the field of ESG and large corporation can last.”
