[소셜밸류=소민영 기자] Dreamplus Gangnam, the center of startup businesses, adopted wellness programs for health care of the employees of tenant companies.
Dallem (Korean word for soothing), a wellness service provider, is in charge of health care programs.
Dreamplus Gangnam is an open innovation brand of Hanhwa Life, actively playing the role as a hub for building an innovative and growing startup ecosystem. It also operates the largest co-working space in Gangnam as a single building. Dreamplus Gangnam adopted the programs for a healthy culture of company growth. Dallem Fit, a stretching program, is provided for the employees to participate in once a week.
Moreover, Dallem is providing a place and programs for the employees to take care of their bodies and mind individually after work by opening Dreamplus Gangnam Wellness Center.
Specifically, the center provides a meditation program, known as a mindfulness program internationally and as taking care of your mind in Korea.
Deputy manager Gil Sewoon, who led the introduction of the wellness program and the center opening, claimed that the huge advantage of the curriculum is the employees being able to effectively manage their daily lives without leaving the building. He also said, “By providing a wellness program to startup employees, it will be able to build a healthy startup ecosystem through balancing work and life.”
Dallem, operated by Hesedridge, is a first-generation Korean B2B wellness service platform launched in 2019.
The company provides wellness services through which experts visit the company and take care of the employees to solve their physical and psychological health problems.
The provided services include an office stretching program, “Dallem Fit,” posture improving program “Posture Therapy,” Online psychological counseling “Soothing your mind,” and “Wellness Workation,” which lets employees have vacation while working outside of their office.
Many companies, including local startups, middle market enterprises, and public institutions, have been introducing and using the programs annually.
Meanwhile, Dallem said that they scheduled the launch of an additional mindset coaching service for entrepreneurs and leaders for the first half of 2023.
