K-Mukbang with XR Technology, SOULX Develops Heebab’s North America Brand Launching Content

[소셜밸류=박완규 기자] On the 24th, SOULX announced that it co-developed XR-based consumer experiential content with WE’D LIKE for the launch promotion of the ‘Heebab’ brand, which was carried out across six Korean-American grocery H Mart locations in the United States.
The promotion was held at six H Mart locations from the 13th to the 21st (local time), including American Dream Mall (NJ), Ridgefield (NJ), Long Island City (NY), Jericho (NY), Ellicott City (MD), and Fairfax (VA).
During the event, local consumers had the opportunity to experience XR-based interactive content along with Korean food featuring intellectual property from Heebab, a Korean Mukbang (eating broadcast) creator.
Items consisted of menus featured in Heebab’s YouTube content, including Seafood Jjamppong, three varieties of Korean ramen, Cup Tteokbokki (spicy rice cakes), and more. In particular, H Mart American Dream mall (NJ) offered an integrated brand experience, including XR games, K-food demonstrations, and K-pop performances.
SOULX, a company specializing in XR content production solutions, developed the brand experiential XR game ‘Heebab Pang Pang’ based on its proprietary XR production solution ‘XROOM AI’. The players can play the game individually and can receive their gameplay videos via Shorts.
‘XROOM AI’ is an AI-based immersive production solution that generates responsive content by analyzing users’ actions, eye movements, and preferences in real-time through AI.
It enables users such as content creators, brands, companies and individuals with their own intellectual property to quickly generate and experience customized XR content with ease, providing ▲ individually tailored interaction, ▲ real-time content generation and broadcasting, and ▲ a multisensory immersive experience.
Partnership among WE’D LIKE’s Korean food items, intellectual property from Heebab, and XR content by SOULX’s XROOM AI gained traction as a novel brand experience.
