Korea-Vietnam cooperation connected through Korean wave and education

[소셜밸류=박완규 기자] On the 27th, Aja School, an experiential learning platform for youth, announced that it had signed a Memorandum of Understanding(MOU) with VINA MEDIA on the 7th to expand bilateral exchange and business opportunities between Korea and Vietnam.


The signing ceremony was attended by Aja School’s CEO, Hwang Sun-ha, and VINA MEDIA’s CEO, Mike Nhan Phan, as well as officials from both companies.

 

This MOU aims to enhance the economic interests of both companies through cooperation in the fields of the Korean Wave, education, and tourism, and to create new business opportunities between Korea and Vietnam.

Through this agreement, Aja School and VINA MEDIA will establish a framework for mutual cooperation to ▲ explore business opportunities based on the Korean Wave ▲ collaborate on mutual promotion ▲ expand other business areas.

Aja School plans to expand its business channels in Korea through VINA MEDIA and focus on discovering and providing Korean language and Korean Wave content.

Additionally, Aja School will promote the globalization of Korean Wave and educational content by attracting visitors to Vietnam, developing Korean experience programs, promoting MOUs with Korean universities, and recruiting companies interested in entering Vietnam.

VINA MEDIA will act as Aja School’s representative office in Vietnam (Ho Chi Minh City) and will be responsible for ▲promoting Korean language and Korean Wave content in Vietnam ▲ developing and operating Vietnam visitor programs ▲ recruiting and sending visitors to Korea. In addition, it will manage enrollment for Vietnamese students and provide study abroad counseling, and contribute to academic exchanges between Korea and Vietnam through MOUs with Vietnamese universities.

Hwang Sun-ha, CEO of Aja School, said, "This agreement marks an important starting point for a new global business model that combines the Korean Wave, education, and tourism industries. It is significant as it lays the foundation for vitalizing Korean language education and student exchange."

Mike Nhan Phan, CEO of VINA MEDIA, emphasized the importance of the collaboration, saying, "Through our partnership with Aja School, we will do our best to bring Korean Wave content and educational services to more people in Vietnam."

With this MOU, Aja School and VINA MEDIA are expected to create synergies in various fields and contribute to the economic and cultural development of both countries.

Aja School is an O2O platform specializing in experience-based learning for children and middle school students. It offers approximately 2,500 various history and career experience programs and recommends personalized learning experiences based on career aptitude tests. After the experience, the platform automatically generates experience reports for students.
