[소셜밸류=박완규 기자] Various self-development and immersive career exploration programs help individuals make the most of their summer vacation.
On the 11th, Ajaschool announced that it has expanded and is running customized content in response to increased demand for various programs from organizations, including businesses and school, for their summer vacation events.
Ajaschool serves as an educational partner that parents, educators, and HR personnel can trust, as its program offers immersive, hands-on content rather than just a simple study tour.
Hands-on experiential content aligned with employee benefits program for children is gaining attention as it enhances welfare satisfaction rates. Last summer, Ajaschool, in collaboration with financial investment companies based in the metropolitan area, held two-day summer vacation programs offering experiential activities for children, such as economic education and robotic coding. All participants completed the course and 94% expressed a willingness to re-engage in future programs.
Since then, regular courses targeting children of gaming and IT industry professionals have been running, with high participation rates. In fact, applications for programs such as museum tours, mentoring from Seoul National University, and career mentorship have closed early due to high demand.
Programs for schools are also in full operation. Focused on elementary through high school students in the Seoul and Gyeonggi metropolitan areas, these programs offer a variety of experiential activities such as, ▲ a history tour of Gyeongbokgung and Changdeokgung palaces, ▲ university campus tours, and ▲ visits to the War Memorial Museum, which are aligned with the school curriculum.
In particular, career experience program tailored for middle school students who are beginning to explore their career paths has been offered. It received positive feedback by participating middle school officials, saying, “The program provided practical support for students in exploring and identifying their future careers.”
The Seoul National University mentoring program is offered to young adults, while the graduate startup camp is designed for students of Seoul National University Graduate School. Feedback indicates that these programs contribute to practical career exploration by providing both in-depth skill assessments and startup education.
Hwang Seonha, the CEO of Ajaschool, said, “We can plan programs tailored for groups and will continue to expand customized experiential content to meet the diverse needs of school and education sector. Various programs are available in the second half of the year, including career camp for elementary through high school students, two-day summer vacation camp, and AI, coding, creative education programs.”
